April 2009 - Designated Charity - Treetops Hospice
Although we support many charities in various ways throughout the year, we have made the decision to concentrate our efforts primarily on one designated charity for 2009. We put it to the vote and between them the staff came to a majority decision of supporting Treetops Hospice. Treetops is a registered charity based in Risley, Derbyshire which supports people with life limiting illnesses in the hospice or within their own homes assisting them in achieving the best quality of life possible. We were particularly keen to support a charity within our local community and one that offers support to people within that community, so Treetops fitted the bill.
