Case Study 4 - Funky Mouse Mat
When a national distributor of pet supplies need a desk top type gift to send out to their customer base the brief we were working to was the requirement for an eye-catching, bespoke item that was going to be long lasting, visible and hopefully, put to good use by their customers.
We came up with the idea of a mouse mat with a difference.
We designed a branded background to the mouse mat, incorporating website details and various logos and then utilised the same logos and fish images; die cutting these to the shape of the logo or fish in order for them to ‘float’ in liquid gel against the background.
Once encapsulated, the end result was a great, individual, high quality and long lasting marketing tool that would sit on the desks of customers for a long time, having a practical use in the process.
